人事屋が見た会社の仕組み~人事異動あれこれ

会社には「人事異動」があります。

ある程度の規模の会社になると、3月1日などと毎年同じ時期に、全社的に人事異動を実施する「定期異動」という「行事」があるのが一般的です。

そのように定期化していない会社の場合は、部署に欠員が出たとか新たな部署を作った、あるいは社員の業務経験を広げるといった様々な理由で、必要性が出る都度、人事異動が行われます。

定期異動がある会社でも、当然、それが全てではなく、上記のような随時の人事異動もあります。

人事の季節になると、様々な情報が飛び交い、会社全体が何となく落ち着かなくなります。
自分に直接かかわることですから、気になるのも当然です。

さて、この人事異動ですが、その内容、形態には様々なものがあります。

それを「異動の方向」を軸に整理すると、次のようになります。

(1)ヨコ方向の異動
 (1-1)同じ会社の中:配置転換
 (1-2)会社が変わる:出向、転籍

(2)タテ方向の異動:昇進、昇格

「いまと異なる状況になる」という点では、どれも同じですが、変化の内容や度合いは様々ですね。

Have you ever considered about adding a little bit more than just your articles? I mean, what you say is important and everything. However think about if you added some grea visuals or video clips to give your posts more, "pop"! Your conteht is excellent but with images and clips, this website could undeniably be one of tthe best in its niche. Superb blog!
